Miss Michigan Rima Fakih wins the Miss USA 2010 title. Out of 50 contestants, Miss Michigan Rima Fakih emerged to be the winner of the Miss USA 2010 beauty pageant held tonight at the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. The contestants were trimmed down to Top 15 down to Top 10 finalists of the Miss USA 2010 pageant and the last Miss USA 2010 top 5 winners are chosen.
The fourth runner up goes to Miss Maine- Katie Whittier, third runner up Miss Colorado - Jessica Hartman, second runner up Miss Virginia -Samantha Casey, first runner up Miss Oklahoma -Morgan Woolard, and Miss USA 2010 title goes to Miss Michigan - Rima Fakih!
